Delete your Bagro Mart account

You can delete your Bagro Mart account directly in the app: open Account and select Delete account.

If you cannot access the app, email our support team from your registered email address. Include the mobile number linked to your Bagro Mart account so we can verify and process your request.

What happens after your request

• Your account access, saved addresses, bag, notifications, and device records are deleted or anonymised.
• You will no longer be able to sign in with the deleted account.
• We may retain limited non-identifying order information where necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
